Miconazole nitrate

Indications/Uses

Skin infections due to dermatophytes or yeast & other fungi ie, tinea versicolor, tinea corporis, tinea pedis (athlete’s foot), jock itch & itching due to dermatophyte, yeast & fungi. Fungal infections w/ secondary bacterial infections.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Apply 2-3 times daily. Duration therapy: 2-6 wk, depending on infection site & severity. May be continued for 10 days after symptoms disappeared.
